Information in the game

The current beta does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics SDKs, purchases, or brokerage connections. It stores virtual credits, owned tools, and equipped tools locally on your device. The current round, trade journal, and unsent feedback draft are held in memory. Gameplay is not automatically transmitted to us by the game code.

Feedback and support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you provide. If you choose to share a game report, it may contain your comments, app version, synthetic scenario identifier, selected instrument, simulated trades, and results. The share destination is selected by you. Please avoid including personal or financial information in reports.

We use messages and reports to respond to support requests, investigate issues, and improve the game. We do not sell support messages or gameplay reports, or use them for targeted advertising. We retain support information while needed to handle the request and related follow-up, and where required for legal or security purposes. You may ask us to delete messages and reports you have sent; we will review and respond, subject to applicable retention obligations.

Apple TestFlight

Apple separately processes TestFlight information such as diagnostics, tester feedback, and usage information under its own terms. Information Apple makes available to us may be used to investigate crashes and improve the beta. See Apple’s TestFlight privacy information.

This website

These pages do not include advertising, visitor analytics scripts, or a contact form. Email links open your own email application. Our hosting and security providers may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses, request times, and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. Hosting platforms may also use cookies or authentication features according to their own policies. We do not use these pages to build advertising profiles.

Service providers and disclosures

Email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver their services. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect the security and rights of users and the service. Information may be processed in countries where those providers operate.

Device storage and your choices

The game’s local progress can be removed by deleting its stored app data, including by deleting the app. Offloading an iOS app can retain its data. Device backups are controlled by your device and Apple settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of information sent to us, email adigalrealtor@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request is yours.

Younger players

The current beta is intended for ages 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

Policy updates

We will update this policy as features and data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. New accounts, online features, or other data collection will need to be reflected here before they are introduced.
