Common questions
How do I get the app?
The iPhone beta is in preparation. Once Apple’s beta review and setup are complete, selected testers will receive a TestFlight invitation. This website does not currently offer an app download.
Is this real trading?
No. CHARTORYX uses simulated money and synthetic practice candles. It does not connect to a brokerage, take deposits, or offer cash prizes.
Why did my stop fill at a different price?
A simulated stop fills at the opening price if a candle opens beyond it. If a candle touches both the stop and target, the simulator uses a conservative stop-first rule, unless the opening price already triggered the target. Pending touch entries activate protection on the following candle because candle data cannot establish their precise fill time.
How do I send beta feedback?
Use Apple’s TestFlight feedback feature or open “Beta feedback & trade journal” in the game. You can write a note, then share or download its report. A copyable report is available if sharing is unavailable. Reports are not sent automatically.
What progress is saved?
Virtual credits, unlocked tools, and equipped tools are stored on your device. The current round, journal, and unsent feedback draft reset when the app reloads. A new round or instrument clears its journal. There is no account or cloud sync in this beta.
